Walgreens is offering a private flu clinic for Lansdowne Neighborhood residents age 9 years and above at the Walgreens at 2290 Nicholasville Road on October 17th. The clinic will be offered from 7am-9am.  We will be offering the trivalent, high dose, and pneumonia vaccine for those that are interested. There is a Vaccine Administration Form that needs to be completed before the flu shot can be given. The forms will be available at the clinic or can be downloaded here to print and complete in advance.

Please bring your medical and prescription insurance cards to the clinic. Anyone 65 years and older should also bring your Medicare card. There are a few insurance companies that Walgreens does not accept: Baptist Health plans with the group number K9RA and some CVS plans.

We do vaccinate veterans at no charge with presentation of their military identification card.

Typically, there is no charge when we bill insurance. The cash price is $25.99.

We will have complimentary Starbuck’s coffee.  There will be two pharmacists administering the vaccinations. Please come out and get protected from the flu and pneumonia this year!
